Hey, I am having trouble displaying some forumla's of my professor's ppt slides in OOo's Presentation app. I asked him what might be up with my OOo, but he has no experience. So I asked another professor of my mine who does use OOo through Linux and said it might be something with bit map fonts.

So now I come to you, how do I load the bit map font set into OOo?

NOTE: OS is Windows XP Pro x64

PS: People should just export their presentations to pdf so all users can view them Rolling Eyes

Do you have the bitmap fonts? To install any font on Windows, just copy it to the fonts folder. It's probably C:\WINDOWS\FONTS or C:\WINNT\FONTS.

If are still have trouble and are able to post the trouble document, that might help figure out the problem.

It would help to be able to see the problem. Here are a few things you can do.

1. Post a screenshot to this message thread. (You may find QuickShot useful for posting screenshots.)
2. Use the PM button on my message to send me your document.
3. Post your document in a bug report to <http://qa.openoffice.org>.
