Hi,
recently i have started with PortableOpenOffice. For some reason almost none of the built in wizards, such as "letter" etc. are opening. I am using it under Windows2000. Does anybody know if this is a known "issue" for PortableOpenOffice? and have a clue how to deal with it ?

Many of the wizards in OOo rely upon Java. From the Portable OpenOffice list of known issues:
No Java - Java is not yet portable with the OpenOffice.org launcher (though a promising lead is being investigated). Thus, some functions like XHTML export (OOo 1.1.5) or the design work in the Database app (OOo 2.0) will not function and may cause OOo to crash. |
