I dont usually use pre-designed cliparts on my documents however that doesnt mean I will never do. I want to know what up with cliparts on OOo, is there some site dedicated to this. What about a clipart server for an organization. Is there any site or HOW-To that deals with ClipArts on OOo.
I know there is some handy datasources which access some interesting graphic tools and colors on Writter but no Clipart gallery at least at the installation point. Anyone with information about this, please input. _________________ Alexandro Colorado

Thanks I am a frecuent visitor at OooExtras however, I am looking more for a how to on how to manage ArtClip. Like putting a artclip server on a corporate LAN. You know, logo of the company, proprietary images, etc.
I want it to be accesible from any OOo by just calling the data source. I also want some information on how users can manage this ArtClips as far as managing frames and tips on creating new artclips.
if you have any good tutorial, please let me know. _________________ Alexandro Colorado

Hmmm... interesting question.
Perhaps you could share a directory on your network, then point OOo to that gallery:
Tools -> Options -> OpenOffice.org -> Paths -> Gallery
then add the shared directory!!
Just make sure everyone does this (which could be a pain I guess) and then everyone will see the same gallery (although if someone makes a change, then you'll need to restart OOo to see those changes). |

| I usually buy templates from this site, but there's some cliparts in there too. But not for free. Check the site, if you like. |
