"Could not find help page" error

I wonder if someone has encountered this problem with ver 2.0.1 for Windows. I tried to open help and get the error message "could not find help page". Not all the help files are missing but many are. Any suggs?

Thanks so much for your help. I had to copy the files one at a time for some reason but it seems to have worked.
