Just started learning this app..........
when it opens I have a choice of creating a slide with time options such as pause and duration of the slide...............
but inserting subsiquent slides I don't get that option..........
basically what I want is a presentation to automatically advance to each slide instead of clicking the mouse to do it!
thx! |

Click on the menu "Slide Show" -> "Rehearse Timings". It will go slide by slide adjusting the transition time.
If you want to adjust a specific slide, go to "Slide Show" -> "Slide Transition", and click on the "Extras" button. (it's the second button in the top-left and doesn't have a label)
I don't know if there is an easier solution, requiring less mouse clicks... perhaps creating a macro? |

Hi
With your pesentation in slide view ie where you can see them all on the screen, select CTRL+A to select them all and then fix "transition" to "automatic".
The slides will then advance automatically in line with your timings.
