* The option Full Display can be used in draw ???
* Some times the files is opened read only, do you know reason?
* I can customize draw so that to only they appear me four fonts?

Firstly, no, not to my knowledge. You can always get rid of toolbars you don't want through View >> Toolbars, if you want to make a bit more room...
Secondly, I can't say. It may just be a bug in the program...
Thirdly, no, you can't, I don't think. What's wrong with displaying all the fonts?
