I've got some text with some inline maths, and I'm finding that ooomath leaves unsightly gaps around the maths. When an inserted math frame happens to be the first word on a line of text, there's also an unacceptable gap at the beginning of the line.

Is there a way to reduce the space around equations?

BTW I've used eqn, Latex and FrameMaker before and I've never equations looking so bad. I think ooomath has a l...o...n...g way to go before you could publish something other than internal or personal documents with it.

Turn on the stylist. Under frame styles right-click 'Formula' and adjust the Wrap options. You can change it for individual formulas by Format..Object..Wrap.
