package with jar

Hi

I'm tying to do an add in to OOo.
I use a .xcu file to make my menu.
But i don't know how to assign an action to a button,and The action take place in a .jar file.
For resume
I'm searching a way to make a package with a jar inside and a button in the menu who call a function in a jar.
Like him -> http://www.ipd.uni-karlsruhe.de/~hauma/svg-import/
but him doesn't contain a graphic part

My english is nmot very good so My explain could be a little bit confuse.

If you don't understand my problem, tell it and i will try to re explain.
