highlight cell values with color using condition formatting

pls. tell me how can i highlight my cell values with a particular color by using conditional formatting. i wa not able to find cell formating color in conditional formatting, while this feature is available in excel.

You need to create a Style using F11 (= Format >Styles and Formatting). Then select the Style in the dropdown list "Cell Style" in the conditional formatting dialog.
