|
|
Hi everybody...
Well, my questions is basically how do I fix a couple of cells in order to have them displayed when I advance to the next part of the spread sheet, during a preview session.
An example:
Cell A1: Seller
Cell B1: Amount of sales
When I go to "Preview", and go to the next part of the spreadsheet, I would be able to see, again, "Seller" and "Amount of sales" at the top and the rest of data continues to the bottom.
I have not found the way yet.
Thanks in advance.

No insult intended but since this is your first post you might not be aware that Preview is a way to look at what will actually be printed. In order to have A1 and B1 show up at the top of each page to be printed they need to be assigned to the print ranges. This can be done in the Format> Print Ranges that Billp mentioned.
Another possibility is to make A1:B1 the header for all the pages to be printed this can be done using Format> Page...> Header> Edit _________________ One of these days I'm gonna stop procrastinating. |

Thanks both of you.
