Adding my own forms/reports

We can not create userdefined reprots, embedded in the base doc?
I'd like to add a Calc-report, containing a pretty formatted pivot table with print-range and header/footer.
Same with forms, although there is no appearent reson for integrating a Calc-form. But a form on a presentation could be interesting.
