| Hi folks of the forum. I'm relative new to the oOo and I'm trying to migrate from MS to Open Office. My problem is that I have a large document that I want to print, but to save pages, I want to print 2 pages in 1 A4 page. In MS Office I would simply select in page properties the option to print in 2 pages in 1 in a Landscape orientation, but i can't find that option in Writer. Can anybody help me?. |

I don't know how it is with your system, but on mine (WinXP Pro), that option is in the "Properties" button next to the printer (in the Print Dialogue). From there, I have the option of selecting up to 16 pages per sheet.
Of course, I'm not sure how much of that is built into the print driver. I don't have a large selection of printers available to me to try out right now. _________________ Laugh at life or life will laugh at you. |

| File > Page preview > last icon on right. Set to 1 Row, 2 Column, Landscape and OK out. Print with next to last icon. |

| Thanks to both of you. By setting the columns and rows in the preview and setting the printing properties I can print 2 pages in one sheet. Thanks again |
