I have a problem with some cells that refer to others sheet's cells like this "='file:///filename.ods'#$Total.H3".
Data appear ok, but to refresh linked data i need to reload the master sheet and press ok on the refresh-dialog.
There's any other method to refresh linked cells without reload any time the master sheet ?

Thanks for your help

Yes, databases can pick exactly the bytes, you are askin for from a hard disk of arbitrary size. A spreadsheet however has no other option than loading all underlying tables (sheets) into memory, one way or the other.
This kind of reference ='file:///filename.ods'#$Total.H3 refers to cell H3 in _this_workbook's_ sheet named 'file:///filename.ods'#$Total. Refreshing the link will re-read that sheet from disk. Have a look at Menu:Format>Sheet>Show
This formula however: =DDE("soffice"; "C:\filename.ods";"Total.H3") will load filename.ods into memory, enabling automatic recalculation by default. Notice the path-syntax, which depends on your operating system.

If I understand you well, you don't have to close and reopen the document; you may use Edit > Links > Refresh instead.

Yes, that's true for those url-links with file:///C/path/doc.ods. DDE links recalculate automatically by default but you can set them to manual refresh as well.
Reloading the document may *not* refresh your links if option Menu:Tools>Options>Calc>Calculation,"Refresh links on open" is set to "Never".
So you have enough options for handling any situation.
