| Does OO provide bar-line chart (where one chart have both bar and line chart together)? If so, which version of OO I can have that? |

You need to choose the "Columns" type, (3rd one in top row), then Next, then choose the variant Combination Chart: Lines and Columns (4th one in top row).
I don't know how you choose which data for the line and which for the columns - experiment! |
