This is weird!
I won't be using this email anymore, I am focusing on other stuff for work, therefore I'd like to get rid of my informations stored here...
Any "head Admin" here who can do it?
Regards... |

It's the same on any phpBB forum, only an admin can delete your account. If you did delete the account, where would all the posts go? That is a problem.

Edit your profile to set all fields as any junk text. That way there would be no useful information in your profile. _________________ Arch Linux

There is another principle at stake here: by posting into this public forum and entering into dialogue on your topics, the information is placed into the public domain. As 9point9 says the phpBB data model anchors all posts to accounts. You cannot delete accounts without deleting posts. This impacts any one who has posted to the same topic.
However what you can do edit your profile to change your notify email address, or to turn off topic or email notification. That way your account in effect becomes inactive, and you won't get what you might now regard as junk emails. _________________ Terry
