Hi.

I used a pdf to doc converter which worked quite well, but when I want to print the .doc , I get an error stating that the margins are out of the printing area.

So is there a way to force margins on all the text so it could be printed?

Or do you know any other good pdf to doc converter that would work better than this one?

The converting is done by adding a "newline" character at the end of each line from the pdf document, thus, the number of lines is almost the same. The document itself is almost purely only text, thus, it might be helpful if I could remove the newline characters, because if I force the margins on the text in MS Word, then the text doubles its number of lines, because the room for one line gets smaller, the line automatically gets wrapped, and since there is a newline at the end of each line, the wrapped text immidiately ends and the same thing goes for all other lines. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

I get that message from time to time myself. But I get my text printed anyway. Is something of your text really missing after printing?

In OOo check/change "Format" > "Page..." > "Page"

It's name is: Easy pdf to doc converter. You can download it at http://katz.ws/search/easy+pdf+to+doc It needs some messing for it to start working, but I don't know of any other converters.

I got the margins working by moving the rulers by hand. The only problem now is getting rid of the newline characters.[/code]

Use Find and Replace for that:

and many more. Use Search for more.
