|
|
Hi all,
I am trying to stop calc from spell checking much of spreadsheet (too many red squiggley lines!). I thought I could do this by going in to Format Cells... Fonts tab, and changing the language to [None]. However, when I do this, although spellcheck is disabled for that session, when I reload the document, the cell[s] I changed have reverted back to the default language!
Is this a bug or am I doing it wrong?
TIA
Peter.

Disable Tools>Options>Language Settings>Writing Aids>"Check spelling as you type". This affects the entire office. _________________ Rest in peace, oooforum.org

What is your OOo version ? It was a bug in some of the 2.0.# branch. It has been fixed with 2.1.
Thanks to add '[Solved]' in your first post title (edit button) if it's ok. _________________ Now on the EN user community forum |
