Hi grimlock16,

I have found and uploaded the file from my computer to:

www.8daysaweek.co.uk/org.htm

I am using WinXP Pro - I don't know if this will make any difference. The file is 8.5mb.

I'm unlikely to be online again until this evening (12hrs), so hope everything's OK.

HTH

A lot of dlls are missing because files are getting corrupted along the way.
Here's the output from my 2nd unzip attempt.

! C:\Documents and Settings\...\Desktop\OOo_1.1.0_Win32Intel_install.zip: CRC failed in OOo_1.1.0_Win32Intel_install\f0_058. The file is corrupt
! C:\Documents and Settings\...\Desktop\OOo_1.1.0_Win32Intel_install.zip: CRC failed in OOo_1.1.0_Win32Intel_install\SETUP_GUIDE.pdf. The file is corrupt

I am about to give up on this myself. I have attempted to download the zip (english winxp) atleast 10+ times, each time getting a corrupted zip file. Any ideas?

It's strange (I've heard quite a few people report this same problem recently) particularly considering we're not talking about a new release or anthing.

Most people have found that downloading again has done the trick for them but obviously not for you Sad

I can only suggest
  1. checking your DLs with the md5sum.exe before extracting:
    http://download.openoffice.org/1.1.0/md5sums.html
  2. Downloading in "chunks":
    http://www.oooforum.org/downloads.php
  3. or getting a CD from a distributor like us (see my signature) or another from this page:
    http://distribution.openoffice.org/cdrom/#cdrom
