I don't even think you get a cd. I think it is just a download. They are allowed to do that right.

And their build even reads PDF files! Besides, they claim "all the features of MS Office". Must have included some Exchange compatible client, then. And the price goes down and down. Not for long, though, they state...

I wonder about their naming policy, though. The URL is very similar to the official OOo site, and that may be a felony in some jurisdictions, regardless of OOo trademark policy. Judgement on misleading marketing does not necessarily depend on the product or trademark being registered with restrictive rules on use.
