Folks,

What I'd like to do is have the "Print..." button on the toolbar, and can't work out how to do it.

It's the equivalent of "Print..." on the file menu, (as opposed to just "Print")

Is this possible?

I'm using version 2.2 on XP home.

The "print button" on the toolbar is a "quick print", not a "full featured print". In order to change that, edit your toolbar (click on the small triangle on the right of it and select "customize toolbar") and pick the button you want by clicking on "Add" and choosing "Document" under "Category".

Thank you...
I've now done that... (I couldn't see the wood for the trees!), I was looking for something that said, "Print..." rather than "Print Options Page view"!!

Anyway, now that I have done it, it's greyed out.
Any further advice welcommed!

You were right, and the option to search is Print, not the one you chose... I haven't got an English version at hand now, but under "Commands" you have three "prints": you need the first one (the one which is by default on the toolbar is the second)

Thanks...
That's it!
I assumed that the "Print" button was the one that's there already, i.e. the "Print directly" button.

It would make more sense, (to me anyway!!), if it was the same as on the file menu, "Print..."

Anyway... sorted now.

Much appreciated.
