Select text by style

Greetings!

Microsoft Word has a feature that I can't seem to be able to duplicate in OO.org Writer. I would like to be able to select all instances of a given style.

For example, I have a set of paragraphs that I want to be able to turn on and off. So, I make two styles: "Style" and "Style Hidden". In MS Word I can click "Select all Instances [of Style]", which will select all paragraphs with the "Style" paragraph, and then I can easily toggle them over to "Style Hidden" by clicking on it.

But....I cannot seem to find out how to do this. Is this doable? Thanks!

Edit > Find & Replace... > More Options > Search for Styles > ON

If I understand correctly, you're going at this the hard way. Just assign a specific style to the paragraphs you want to toggle. When it comes time to switch, just change the definition of that particular style to set the "hidden" property on or off.
