Hi everybody!
I'm a new OpenOffice user and i'm using Base for the first time.
I have some experience with some other database applications but i can't seem to find out how i can display the value of a table's primary key field during the table data entering on a form.
My goal was to display the record number of the record being inserted as it is a kind of serial number in my project.
When i'm inserting new data on the form, the text box created from the primary-key field of my table only displays "<Auto Value>" and i wanted it to display the current record ID.
Can someone help me?
Thanks |

| It should display the record ID after you finished entering the record and move to the next one. |
