|
|
Using PCLOS 2008 and OOo 2.3. Would like to be able to make the default size paper A4 for all users. Is there a way to do this?
I have been searching the web for two days and the closest I have come to saving a format for all users has been the sticky thread in this forum. The only problem is that it seems geared for windows users. I would really appreciate some Linux pointers.
Edit: The A4 paper with standard A4 margins. This is what I am looking for to be set as the default for all users. |

I can't believe it is this simple. WOW. It is so simple I am having a hard time getting my head around it. I can't wait to pass this along to my UK friend.
Thank you so much. |

Could you confirm which distributions you have used this on please as it sounds great.
To explain, I am Maryjo's friend.
This has been quite an issue for me. I have 2 long winded solutions to this issue which I have posted in this thread: 6th post on the second page of this link
Many thanks,
