I'm trying to make a chart something like this:

where it shows the mean and the standard deviation.
I don't need the scatter dots.
I can get a chart with the scatter dots in OO Calc, but i don't see how to do the mean and s.d. |

You might try some more heavy-duty statistics program like Fathom. Here's a link to an older version of Kyplot. You might check that out as well. I haven' the time just now.

I guess i didnt mention that I'm on linux, so that eliminates a couple suggestions.
I've already tried Gnumerics...it has some problems. |

The "error bars in charts" feature 366 (134 votes) is implemented for OOo 3.0 and is ready for testing now. Please try to break it and report any bugs.
