This is OpenOffice 2.4.0 and a WRITER question.
I'm using a Brother MFC-240C inkjet printer. After printing one envelope by using the Insert-Envelope command, seeing the addressor and addressee's names in the proper boxes, checking printer properties for a COM-10 envelope and printing, the envelope printed the addresses sideways.
What causes this? And is there a way to make OOW remember that the envelopes printed are COM-10? |

Normally I do not adjust any property of my printer when printing envelopes. The type of envelope is defined on the Format tab of the Insert > Envelope dialog and how you load it into the printer is set with the icons on the Printer tab.

| Thank you, I have looked where you indicated and tried to follow the various number, boxes and icons for a COM-10 envelope |

| The common U.S. business envelope is Env. 10 found on the Format tab's Format box drop down menu. |
