In Office 2003 and 2007, you can draw, like a pen,( usually at a wacom touch screen ), in word .
Is it possible in Openoffice word and spreadsheet ? _________________ I hate MsOffice becasue it's dear. I like OpenOffice becasue it is FREE. |

Thanks ! But this is not exactly like the outcome in Word 2003 or Powerpoint 2003. Any other methods ? _________________ I hate MsOffice becasue it's dear. I like OpenOffice becasue it is FREE. |

No idea. I've never used such a function in Word so I don't know what to expect. However I doubt if you will find anything. For extensive drawing one uses OOoDrawing and pastes the result into Writer. _________________ jrkrideau

The function is just like you hold a pen in your hand and write on a paper, just like journal in WinXP Tablet PC edition.
The function you mention is similar, but there is a 9 point scalable square around every stroke.
Any idea ? _________________ I hate MsOffice becasue it's dear. I like OpenOffice becasue it is FREE. |

It also has a spell checker.
The fact of the matter is that there are no two cars from different manufacturers that are exactly alike, having exactly the same features. Neither do I know of any two softwares that are, or ever will be exactly alike, having exactly the same features.
Some PDF readers have limited editing, including some drawing features.

I think David is right. OOo does not offer this but some PDF software does. _________________ jrkrideau
