Every time I write SUN in a cell it autcorrects me and makes it "Sun". 
sorry to make a post about it, but even autocorrect dialogue box options seem to have no solution.

Do Tools, Cell Contents from the Menu Bar and disable Autoinput. This will allow you to enter ALL CAPS text into cells. After you're finished, repeat the Menu Bar instruction except re-enable the Autoinput option. When you're done, just save the file as usual.
When you re-open the file, your ALL CAPS will still be there. If you have to do more ALL CAPS entry later, then just repeat these steps and re-save the file.
