Openoffice crashes after launch

I am using Mac OS X 10.2.5 and X11 beta 3.

Using StartOpenOffice.org I can launch openoffice but whenever I try to do anything, open a new document, open an existing file, save a new file, Openoffice crashes. Any help will be much appreciated. Here is the console log:
