Before saving, just use undelete or reload the document without saving. Afterward, prayer may work. A good idea to save backup copies before chopping away. Pages are only a layout for the printer. The text is just one long string, and is broken into pages for printing or viewing. If you delete from the middle of a document, the page count will reduce only because you have less text. You can always put the text back if you haven't saved. Then the page count will increase. But it's not about pages, just about text.
Good luck. |
