I have installed the latest update (V2.4.2) .
Why isn't it V3.0?

Updating 2.4.x removes bugs and improves stability.
Upgrading to 3.0.0 adds some new functions and changes the way the program works. For example, installing a new dictionary uses add-ons from the tools menu rather than a Dictionary wizard. For some users, upgrading by a major version may cause problems. For example, not all language user interfaces and language tools are available in the newest version. Therefore, a major upgrade is not installed automatically, but is available as a manual download.

I think I'll stick with the current version (2.4.2) - it does what I want.
