Is there a way to create Drop Downs or Listboxes that populate from a database?
To clarify, here is what I'm looking to do:
My users open a PDF form (completely created in OOW)
The complete the user input fields then move on to a list box field that pulls it's data from a database (online or local) the user selects the item and it populates the field.
The user prints the form to a new PDF or on a physical printer and they submit it to me for final filing.
I also want to have a field that is auto filled with the current date. |
