|

I upgraded to OO 3.1.0 (including a JRE update to v13). After upgrading, when I opened a document created in Draw v3.0, and selected a "line", and used the curser arrows to move it to another location, it would crash. Checked for more updates (none were available), restarted the app, rebooted the system, but it would crash again and again similarly. Am using XP SP3. Searched the forums briefly, but didn't see anything similar posted...
Any help would be appreciated. |

Sorry, I don't have any solution, but I am experiencing the same problem. Draw is crashing so frequently, it feels I'm recoverying and restarting more than I'm actually working. Also having my imported graphics disappearing, graphics filters not working and pdf exports failing.
I have an old computer with version 2.3 on it. going to try to finish my project on it.
Anyway we can restore to our earlier versions o f OO? |

I am facing the same problem. Did anyone file a Bug report on the OO website?
Just to confirm with others having the same issue:
The crash after updating to Draw 3.1 happens to me mostly
Large files, with linked pictures and embedded Calc spreadsheets
Do others experience it the same way? Do have one but not the other?
THANKS

P.S. I am also back at working in OO 2.3, this seems to be the most stable release in the regards of crashing draw documents.... |

OK, with the current built, it seems at least not to crash any more, quite stable actually.
However it has become VERY sluggish when working on embedded Calc spreadsheets in draw..... |
