how to insert a number in a circle witch is larger than 10

I wanna insert a Special Character such as '①', but how to insert such a number that is larger than 10?thanks very much!

They do go up to 20 in Unicode:

You will need to check your fonts to see if they contain them.

Perhaps someone has created a font with circled numbers above twenty, otherwise I think you will need to create your own.

CombiNumerals, the freeware version of CombiNumerals Pro, a font containing circled numbers greater than 20, can be found here:

Other commercial fonts: Numbers Style One Circle Positive, Numbers Style Two Circle Positive and Numbers Style Three Circle Positive.
