How to show pictures in a form

As a beginner with open office, I made a database with a table called "product" with the fields artnr,description, price and picture. In the field "picture" I have an URL like c:/pictures/foto1.jpg . This picture is the image of artnr foto1 . So I have a 1000 records with the right artnrs and URL's. How can I, in a form, insert the related image to the artnr
