Working in XP. I can't get any extensions or add-ons to work. Zotero used to work but now it doesn't. Click on "Insert Citation" and nothing happens. Click on Edit Citation and the error about not being in a citation pops up. (makes sense). Zotero does work in Firefox which makes me thing this is an OO issue.
I have re-installed OpenOffice, Firefox, Zotero, and Java. Does not help.
What's next on the list of things to try??? |

| Reinstall the OS? Or create a linux partition and do your word processing there. That's what I did, and wound up switching completely to Linux. |

Sacrificing a sheep and a couple to goats to Bill Gates?
Are you sure that you have hunted down and killed every trace of OOo including the user profile? Possibly just replacing the profile would do the trick?
Any idea of what you may have done just before the extensions stopped working. Did you install any new software perhaps? _________________ jrkrideau

I am suspicious about an upgrade to Java.
I can't even get Zotero and Firefox to get along. So, I'm thinking that it's not an OO problem, but rather something a bit more sinister. I did remove and re-install FF, Java, Zotero, and OO.
Perhaps I should call in Tangina? |
