add to toolbar: Show Changes?

Hi all,

I would like to add a button the standard toolbar for toggling Edit/Changes/Show. However, when I to to Customize and Add Commands, I don't find this command listed under the options. Any ideas how to do this?

I was hoping there might already be a toolbar configured with Record Changes, Show Changes, and the other commands relating to Changes, but there doesn't seem to be one.
