I've been trying to figure out exactly how to import a .CSV file I have into Base and can't quite seem to get there. I've created a new Database, and want the info from the CSV file to be a table in my Database, but when I just "open" the CSV file from within Base it just opens as a spreadsheet and I can't figure out how to create a table using that data.
Any help would be much appreciated here! |

| If it's a flat-file database csv with a column-name row...Then as I recall you simply Open the csv in Calc, drag-select cells in Calc (or select the last lower-right cell and then shift-select A1) and drag & drop onto the Tables icon in Base, and follow the popup Wizard. |
