I'm glad I found this forum.
I'm working as a Virtual Assistant. I'm running on Windows 7, PowerPoint 2007. My client uses Star Office. When I send her a finished PowerPoint, she cannot read any changes that I have put in. She sees whatever it is that she sent me, previously done in Star Office, or what her speaking partner, working off a downloaded version of PowerPoint, has sent me. Anything I add, change, improve, doesn't get through at all.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks so much for all your help. |

| Can you install software on your machine? If so then it's probably easiest if you download OOo |

| Then I'd be working with a program I don't know as well, so my work wouldn't turn out as she'd like it. Suggestion appreciated, though. |
