[Solved] How to make a box to emphasize text

Tried to find something on this, but I don't think I have the right search terms.

I'm writing a technical book and I'm trying to figure out how to create some little boxes to set aside important text.

I'm not afraid of tutorials or documentation, so if anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be awesome.

I'm mainly trying to break up the page and make sure folks see the important stuff.

Maybe a box with a slightly grey background? Or a line around text the text and margins on the side? I'm really open to learning about any way to accomplish the emphasis.

What about Insert -> Frame
