What is really new in OOo 1.1.2, is it really worth to install it ? Can I group several pictures in OOo writer 1.1.2 whereas I cannot in OOo 1.1.1 ?
Thank you for your answer _________________ A french user of Openoffice |

| You could group pictures... in Draw, not in writer: but you can cut and paste; is not the direct way but is still simple. As new things, you have an autopilot to install new fonts in OOo, but I don't try it yet. Mainly a release for bugfixes and stability. |

| qc d'important: avec 1.1.2 on a enfin (ou plutôt à nouveau) le droit de choisir " update" et non seulement la réinstallation. Et ça marche! Alors, y a pa besoin de s'en priver. Toutes mes modifications ont survécu! |

i was actually puzzled why there is no shortcut or icon in the toolbar for the Print/Page Preview since this is one of the most commonly accessed commands. is there a shortcut for this command in this version? or are the developers have no plans in doing this?

| To add a page preview button, right click on the toolbar, select "customize" In available buttons open View, select "Page preview" and click on add. Also, you could use the "move up" and "move down" buttons. |

As RGB points out it's a breeze to customise the toolbar BUT I agree with sintah - it is crazy not having a print preview button set up by default, it's the single most requested change I've had to apply to every install of OOo I've done - it should be viewed as a eco-friendly measure too! |
