I have files written using the new version of microsoft word. Oblivious to anything tech, when I tried to open my files to an old version. It won't read it.
What should I do? |

You need a converter.
Go to microsoft web site to download the converter

| If you have Openoffice 3.X you can open Word 2007 files. You can download it from www.openoffice.org . Download the file and double click to install it. You will be able to open them but you can't save them on the Wrod 2007 format. You can save in the old .doc format though. |

Go to the official site of OO.o at
http://www.openoffice.org/
It is a rather big file (about 110-130MB depend on your OS).
Alternatively you can convert it online see This Post |
