Hi,
I'm making an e-mail list in Calc and I just want to make sure there are no duplicate rows under the Email field.
Is there a quick and easy way to do this?

1. write mails from A1:A3:
my@mail.com
you@mail.com
you@mail.com
2. mark column A and click on "Sort Ascending" button to sort column.
3. in field B1 write formula: =IF(A1=A2;"Duplicate";"OK")
4. copy/paste the formula to B2:B3.[/code] |
