Hi,
I have recently installed OpenOffice.org 3.2. When using previous OpenOffice programs, I've always been able to Select All of the text in a document, and then click Cut to delete the selected text. Now when I use the new OpenOffice.org 3.2 program and I do this, the selected characters are converted to a light brown color instead of being deleted. If it's relevant, I'm trying to delete the characters in a chart that I edit on a monthly basis. I've never encountered this problem before. The solution might be something obvious, but I'm not able to solve the problem.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Thanks,
Dawna R. |

You are right. I looked, and that option was checked. I don't know if that's the default setting or if someone else using the program made that choice, but it's now set the way I like it. Thank you so much for your help.
