How can I set header/footer to not repeat the same thing on all pages (or every 2nd page)?
I just want to use the space for header & footer but have something different written in it on every page.
Thanks in advance for the help. |

I'd be surprised if you can do that. It would kind of defeat the concept of header and footer. _________________ Robin |

Well... I want to use the space w/o having to format paragraph and text on every page individually, or worry that it will be pushed down/up if I modify the document body, but with different content.
I imagine a radio button with "replicate on every page" ; "replicate on every 2nd page" ; "do not replicate" wouldn't have been that hard to program. |

It may be easy to program, but the whole point about headers and footers is that they're meant for repeating text. You can use a frame and anchor that to the top of the page, but you'll have to insert them manually or perhaps you can do it with a macro. You can ask for that in the macros forum. _________________ LibreOffice 3.6.3; OOo 3.4.1 on Windows Vista
