I've created notes in my document using a 'note' paragraph style, and would like to print with and without notes. Is there a way to make anything with the 'note' paragraph style disappear?
Font Effects - Hidden does what I want.

You can apply the attribute Hidden (Font effects tab) to hide text. That's pretty close to a single mouse click act.

Not sure what you mean with that.
