| I downloaded (I think!) the latest version of OO,---now it's icon is on my desktop, but will not open. clicking the icon does everything right, except nothing happens. I don't have any trouble with any of my other desktop icons. |

| It could be a corrupt file, you could try deleting OO and then try down loading from a different link and reinstall again, this has worked for me with a different programs. If you have not yet sorted it, it could be worth a try. |
