Every time I hit 'a' or 'i' a huge blank space opens up.
This just started and I have no idea why or how to fix it. Any ideas? _________________ All the best,

This is on my stepdaughter's machine (1500miles away from me) and a bit beyond what she wants to do. I suggested two things:
1. See if there are any updates
If that does not solve (I do not think it will)
2. Uninstall and reinstall.
Her OS is Vista.
I assume uninstalling will remove the user profile. _________________ All the best,

Actually no it won't. You could delete or rename using the link JohnV supplied. |

See message from my step-daughter below:
I think I've got it. I remember once I copied and pasted from 'wikipedia' and it caused all kinds of issues. The openoffice program is just fine - only issues in this file - so I copied and pasted to a new file and so far it seems ok.
Thanks for looking into it for me.....it was really irritating!
Anyone know what was in the Wikipedia data that caused the blank spaces? _________________ All the best,
