I'm making a spanish verb chart .odt and want to have a word I enter into a table cell appear simultaneously into a different table cell - essentially I want it to appear twice and type it once.
I can do this in calc but hoped I could do it in writer. I fooled around with macros but no good. Any ideas? Maybe just do it in calc?
Thanks.

If you are using tables you can put a formula in the tables.
One way of doing this is to go to the cell where you want a duplicate value, hit '=' (the equals sign), and a formula bar will appear under the toolbars.
Use your mouse to select the cell you want to copy, then hit Enter.
Calc will be easier as you can cut and paste formulae easier.
Hope this helps.
