My exported PDF files are making the document Text and graphics very large at around 3 pages with massive text size. I have no idea what I did to make it this way. Any way to have it match what I have in the Calc?
Just 1 page. Regular document size.

I would check your pdf page settings. Perhaps you have them set to print out at tabloid or something with "fit to page" selected. That would give you large fonts on a page too.
