Hello,
I have a Calc. file sent by my counterpart, and I have made many corrections and saved with another file name. That means I have 2 files, with the file names A.calc and B.calc respectively.
Like what we can do with MS-Office such as Word and Excel, I would like to compare 2 files to create the third file as an evidence for correction.
Which commands shall I use to do that?
Your advice will be highly appreciated. |

HI,
The best way is to switch on Changes which can be found under the Edit menu.
When you send this to the originator he is can open the Accept or Reject Changes from the same menu.
When you haven't recorder the changes you can Compare the documents under the Edit menu.
Regards,
